My New Office Shack

I got a new office shack last week. It is pretty good. I have sat TV and internet. Since it rained I'll get lots of use out of both. I'm so bored I may even clean up.

Same spot. 24 hours later.

There was a little rain last night. This is what I see from the door of my office when I woke up. Just enough water to make for a boring few days. Everything shuts down here when it rains. They close the roads. They might get a helicopter to fly us out if it takes too long to dry.

They sure do have nice sunrises and sunsets in the desert. I am sure glad it is starting to cool off. I do not know if i'd like too many of those 50++ days. Thank God for A/C.

Wheres the pool when you need one?

We are now accepting donations to pay off my speeding ticket and failure to produce driver's license ticket. Canadian Dollars are okay but Australian funds preferred. This is the only time I've ever gone over the limit! In case the picture's not clear that says $150.00.

Trip to Sea World

Went to Sea World last week and had a blast. Went on "the sea world eye" it is 196 feet tall. You can see a lot of the Gold Coast and Surfers Paradise from there. They had a monorail, dolphins, polar bears and lots of neat stuff to see. Carol would not let me get a year pass. We have to many of those already for different spots.

Looks like i got this blog thing down. Hopefully i remember to use it.

Ok.....I've started a blog. I wonder if i can upload photos to it. I guess time will tell.
