On the way to Wall's Cave.
Who's that girl, Roy? It was actually one of the Three Sisters; it is a rock formation in the Blue Mountians. The statue wasn't much fun, so he decided to hang out with me instead.
Pretty cool vines in the rain forest in the Blue Mountains.

Blue Mountains, Katoomba
Evan's Lookout. Just a short drive from the Blue Mountains.
This was on the journey from Walls Cave. Walking down wasn't too bad, but the climb back up was not much fun. Ryan stopped to strike a pose. VOGUE, VOGUE, VOGUE. This was one of three 'rides' in the Blue Mountains. It was very stable. On the other side there was a lookout and a short walk took us to a waterfall. Look who we found! We met up with Terry after her trip to Broken Hill in the Outback. Ted, don't look at the sweater wrapped around Margo's waist.
The rock formation in the background is called the Three Sister's. It almost looks like a fake background but it is real.

Mount Annan Botanical Gardens
Margo and I visited the Mount Annan Botanical Gardens today. Mount Annan is about 10 - 15 minutes from our house and just across the road from the kids school. This was the view from the summit. It is the skyline of Sydney in the background; if you look closely you can see the Tower (center) and the Harbour Bridge (left hand side). What time is it? This sundial was also at the summit.
Blue Tree. This is not a native tree; it was a dead tree that was painted blue.
If there were snails crossing the road, we ran over them. It was the first time I had seen this road sign.
This monument is in Honour of the Stolen Generation. 100,000 aborignal children were taken from their homes. There were rocks with comments from the stolen children along a pathway to the monument.
