Wax Museum

Some were definitely better than others. I think the worse one was George Clooney (no pic) I could barely tell it was him even after I read who it was. The pics of Roy groping all the females are on his phone...he'll have to post those when he gets home.

Roy was creeped out at how real Eva Longoria looked.

Not sure how much the purse was...the wallets were almost $300. Roy and I did the Big Shot on top of the Stratsophere....about a thousand feet high...I'd like to say we were faking the look of terror on our faces but it's for real...my throat was sore from screaming...lol. We're getting too old for that craziness.

Vegas

Roy at Margaritaville...expensive drinks there...we preferred going to the corner store and getting a 3pk. of tallboys for $6.00. And no he didn't pee his pants as some people thought on Roy's facebook....that is indeed my shadow....it was a good trip....but not a "pee your pants good trip" Bellagio at night....very cool.

Freemont Street....enough said....what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas....Roy!

Roy just finished putting the lights up in time. When he dropped me off at work it was beautiful and I had my sandals on and when he picked me up there was a couple inches of snow on the ground.

Happy 18th Birthday Ryan!

September 7th was Ryan's 18th Birthday! When he got home from work we took him out for supper along with his friend. He had rugby practice with the men's team that night. When he got home from that we took him and another friend to a bar and bought them each a shooter, beer and some wings. Ryan's first birthday.

We've been telling him for years he was getting luggage for his 18th b-day.

Cherry cheese cake was what he opted for...same as always.

Alberta Summer Games

Ryan went to the Alberta Summer Games last week. Their team won the gold!! They won every game and only had one try scored against them.

Trip to Banff with Nanny

We camped for one night in Banff. This was the day after Ryan's grad...he went to bed fairly early. It rained for a few short minutes and then it was beautiful that night and the next day. If you look real close you can see the mountain through the trees.

Ryan had his graduation ceremony June 4th, followed by the banquet and safe grad. It was hard to smile with our eyes open with the sun shining in our eyes.

Dion Pheneuf was given an award. He went to Hunting Hills. We weren't going to post his picture because he use to play for Calgary Flames, but since he was traded we thought we would make an exception.

Ryan's Car

We surprised Ryan with his second first car for his graduation gift. His first first car was sold when we moved to Australia and he never got to drive it. This car is a 1999 Dodge Neon. Now all he needs is a license and job to put fuel in it.
